Q2. Order Cancellation Period

A2. The ordering process is 'Pre-deposit (deposit without a bankbook) →Preparing the product→Preparing for delivery→Shipping →Delivery completed'.

Cancellation of the order is possible until the product is being prepared.

From 'Preparing for delivery', you cannot cancel, exchange and return due to simple remorse.

Q3. Refund Period

A3. Cancellation will be completed within seven business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) after seller's refund approval.
